Sana started her career in the healthcare field over twenty years ago, when she saw a new opportunity in the challenging world of accounting and project management. Within a couple of years, Sana's aptitude allowed her to transition from being a receptionist in a busy orthopedic office to becoming a medical biller for a San Diego billing service, and eventually launching her own medical billing service company in 2001.

Sana's expertise in medical billing is can be attributed to her interest in and aptitude for the early adoption of advanced technology and online tools. From constantly networking with other professional medical billing and coding experts, to continuously taking "best practice" education classes, and even teaching at a local college herself, her extensive tool set is always being refined, developed and enhanced. This constant training, along with her real-world experience in the ever-changing healthcare environment, makes Sana Goss an invaluable resource for every team she joins. Sana's main objective is to provide medical practitioners with exemplary medical billing and practice management services, while consistently maintaining a very individualized level of customer service.

Tsira has been a part of the MBS growing team for over 10 years, starting as a Billing Specialist, and becoming a highly adept Billing and Revenue Cycle Manager. Her professional expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow her to serve as an invaluable resource for all our clients. Tsira is an extremely motivated, caring, and compassionate person with a witty sense of humor, which makes her a great mentor and support system for MBS. Her positive energy is an integral part of the overall success of our business.

Alexis is a San Diego native and is MBS’s client solutions manager. She began her career as a medical biller in 2011 and holds over 10 years of medical billing experience. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management at San Diego Mesa College in June 2022. She is passionate about enhancing our client experience by optimizing communication, ensuring client satisfaction, and implementing workflow improvement processes to increase efficiency. In addition, her excellent interpersonal skills and robust analytical capabilities have allowed her to build and maintain strong partnerships between clients and MBS.
